Therapy for individuals
I provide online therapy for adults throughout Washington State, offering a warm and collaborative space to explore what you are carrying. Online therapy fits easily into busy schedules and prioritizes your comfort and privacy, making it a flexible and effective way to access support wherever you are.
Life can bring many challenges, ranging from anxiety and trauma to big life transitions, and I am here to walk alongside you in those moments. Using evidence based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness, we will work together to help you feel more grounded, understood and equipped with practical tools for wellbeing.
My rate is $150 per 50 minute session, and I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots. Extended sessions may be available when time allows for an additional cost.
If you are ready to begin or would like to learn more, please schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
Specialties
Below are some of the areas I support clients with and how we might approach them together:
Trauma Therapy
Trauma can come from something that happened once or from experiences that built up over time. Trauma shapes how we move through the world. You might notice strong emotions, patterns that feel hard to change, tension in your body, or difficulty trusting yourself or others. These responses are not personal flaws. They are your nervous system trying to protect you.
In our work together, we move at your pace. I provide a safe space to understand your patterns, express emotions, and feel heard. Using EMDR, grounding skills, and a person centered approach, we will make sense of what you have been carrying and reconnect with a sense of safety.
Life Transitions Support
Life transitions can be both exciting and overwhelming. You might be navigating a new role, changes in a relationship, a move, career shifts, or a season of uncertainty. Even positive change can bring up big emotions, or a sense of being unsteady. It is common to feel unsure of your next steps or to question yourself during times of transition.
When working with Life transitions, we will slow down and reflect on what this change means for you personally. Together, we will explore what feels challenging, what feels hopeful, and what you need to move forward with clarity.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety can show up in many ways. You might notice racing thoughts, overthinking, perfectionism, or the pressure to hold everything together. It can also affect your body through tension, an upset stomach, a racing heart, or trouble slowing down. These experiences can leave you feeling exhausted.
In our sessions, we will explore your unique experience and practice skills that support your well-being. By tuning into what your mind and body are communicating, we will identify patterns and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and in control. I use CBT and mindfulness based approaches to support you throughout this process.
Therapist Consultation
I offer 45 minute peer consultation sessions for clinicians who want a supportive space to think through cases, clinical questions, or challenges that come up in practice. I draw from experience in child welfare, outpatient mental health, private practice, emergency department crisis work, and a college counseling center. Earlier in my career, I worked with children and teens, and although I now primarily work with adults, those early experiences continue to shape how I understand development, family systems, and the concerns clients bring into the room.
These sessions are collaborative and offered as peer consultation, not supervision. The rate for a 45 minute consultation is $75. If you’d like to schedule a consultation, I’d be happy to connect.
