Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m Daisy, a bilingual licensed clinical social worker, wife, dog mom, and lover of the outdoors. I believe therapy should be a safe and welcoming space where you feel truly heard, validated, and empowered.

At Santana Therapeutic Connections, I bring warmth, curiosity, and collaboration to every session. My passion is helping adults as they work through anxiety, process trauma, manage stress, and navigate life transitions.

Whether your thoughts feel overwhelming, you’re seeking trauma support for everyday stressors (small “t’s”) or major life events (big “T’s”), or you’re adjusting to changes that feel both exciting and difficult, I would be honored to work alongside you.

My professional background includes child welfare, medical social work, outpatient care, and higher education. These experiences allow me to approach therapy with flexibility and depth, tailoring each session to your unique needs. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I take a person‑centered approach, honoring your expertise while exploring patterns, expanding coping strategies, and building on your strengths.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for support, you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy can be a space to sort things out, feel supported, and begin making sense of what’s next. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

📍If you’re an adult in the state of Washington looking for individual therapy, I invite you to book a free consultation.
